Primer is applied to the areas that may need extra adhesion, The vinyl is then applied by an experienced boat wrapping professional. The vinyl is hung across the whole length of the boat. The backing paper is then removed, and the vinyl is pressed against the hull with a squeegee, and any bubbles are squeezed out.

The vinyl is carefully trimmed around the gunwalls = (the upper edge of the side of the boat), waterline, and any fittings that have been left in place, and joins or seams are trimmed down to reduce their visibility. A special edge sealant is applied to the waterline edge (and an other edges that may require it) to help prevent the vinyl from lifting or peeling, we then recommend you to anti foul just over the edge of the vinyl to further protect it from lifting. Recommend anti fouling around 5 to 10 mm above the wrap.

The life span of our corrugated plastic yard signs is 2+ years with proper placement and care. Outdoor signs are temporary signs but usually last longer in harsh Australian weather.

Your boat name, stripes and graphics are applied over the top of the vinyl wrap. Your boat is now wrapped, videos and photos are taken, and you're ready to go back in the water and turn some heads!
